PHILOSOPHY

Building Relationships

The 40+ year history of Centre Communities is one that has been built upon a solid foundation of creating strong, long-lasting relationships with the biggest and most capable homebuilders in the nation.

While these builders demand competitive lot prices, flexible purchase terms and a quality product, they also possess the marketing expertise, consumer advertising budgets and mortgage funding sources to ensure timely acquisition, development and lot absorption. The professionalism of these organizations also means that they share our commitment to the overall development and enhancement of the communities involved, courtesy of strict design guidelines coupled with strong and active homeowner associations.

Communities Focus

Formerly operating as Centre Realty & Development, Ltd., in 2006 we changed our name to Centre Communities to better reflect our commitment to creating places where people genuinely want to live and to the “big picture” approach we bring to the real estate development process. Not only do we insist that our individual projects represent the utmost in quality, we also are adamant that our developments fit into and contribute to the larger communities, cities and regions where they reside.

A Leader in Colorado

Centre Communities has developed solid relationships with the counties, municipalities, schools, park and fire districts. That’s because Centre has learned that you can achieve far more by working with the local governing bodies as opposed to against them.

For over a decade, Centre Communities has been the single largest land developer in unincorporated Arapahoe County. We’re also one of the leading fund raisers for Cherry Creek Schools bond issues, to help build new schools and to remodel existing facilities. In addition, we’re ever-involved in various committees and assisting city and county staff members whenever possible – to determine transportation fees, to develop design guidelines and to institute comprehensive standards.
